Helping Families Affected by COVID-19

Working with Partners in Health and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’s Community Tracing Collaborative, we have been able to deliver cleaning supplies and food to families in quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Over the past few months, we have serviced over 100 families and 400 people in the Springfield area, giving them the essentials they need to stay home and stay safe.

Kits include masks, disinfectant, microfiber cleaning cloths, eco-friendly cleaning sprays, and flyers with information on other community resources. Masks were donated by various organizations in Western Massachusetts including the UMass Theater Department's costume shop, DIY Masks of Western Mass, and the Hampden County Sheriff's Department.
